Leadership Development

I create bespoke leadership programmes tailored to your needs and aspirations. We do this in an interactive, experiential manner, with a facilitative approach that gives you a safe environment to ask questions, reflect on your leadership style and grow your competencies.

Much of this work happens inside the school system itself. I am an associate facilitator with CSSC, CCMS and NICIE, advising principals and Boards of Governors across the controlled, Catholic maintained and integrated sectors, and an associate coach on Inspire/Lena's coaching programme for school principals in Northern Ireland.

Who it's for

If you recognise yourself here, the discovery call is the right next step.

  • School principals and senior leaders carrying the weight of a whole school community
  • Boards and governors who need to lead well together, not just meet well
  • Business leaders stepping up a level, or newly in a seat they have not sat in before

What the work looks like

  • We start with your vision, not a syllabus

The programme is built around where you are and where you want to get to. Nothing is off the shelf.

  • Interactive and experiential

You learn by doing and reflecting, not by sitting through slides. Questions are welcome and expected.

  • A safe environment to be honest

Space to examine your leadership style and approach without performing for anyone.

  • Competencies you keep

We grow capability that stays with you long after the programme ends.

What you leave with

  • Enhanced influence within your role

  • The ability to adapt to change and lead with maximum impact

  • Clarity and confidence on complex or tricky decisions

  • Greater emotional intelligence and self-awareness

Common questions

All questions
What is your coaching style?

I am passionate, professional, and purposeful with a sense of humour. I pride myself on focusing on what's working and what's possible. I ask insightful questions, which help us understand who you are, what makes you tick, and the system influence you are part of.

How long is a session, and how many should I have?

A session usually takes between 1–1.5 hours. The sessions are as often as you need — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on your journey stage.

How much does a coaching engagement cost?

I operate on a sliding pricing scale, and prices vary by service — career, executive, leadership, or life coaching. Once we've had a discovery session, I'll provide a quote.
